Summer Holidays

Well, the weather has finally turned backed into the great British Summer, and judging by some of the comments in our guestbook, some of you are beginning to actually miss school !! So, to stop you getting too bored (and to help you keep up the standards that you achieved at the end of the year), here are some websites to help you prepare for September.

scroll down this page on the Coxhow website to find hundreds of maths links to some amazing websites. We will be using lots of them in September in our numeracy lessons. Remember some of them are easy, as the website covers all the primary school years including Key Stage 1.

Science

http://www.coxhoe.durham.sch.uk/Curriculum/Science.htm
briliant links to some useful science websites. Let us know which ones you found most useful.

http://www.woodlands-junior.kent.sch.uk/revision/Science/index.html
another good site to help start some of the revision for all of the science topics

We will also be investigating the Aztecs, so searching for information using Google, AJ Kids or Yahooligans would be a great way to spend some of those rainy days!!

Have a good holiday and we will look forward to seeing you all in September.

Keep Safe!!
